The hotel is built in that typical but modernistic Alpine style which is characteristic of its steep roofs and walls, a mixture of woodwork and stonework, which give the hotel a unique style.

The hotel of apartments offers a unique atmosphere to its quests distributed in 52 luxury one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and studios. They are fireplaces and bar counters in all apartments. The studios are 12 each of them having an area of 45 sq m which includes one room, kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower-cabin and hair-drier, and terrace. The one-bedroom apartments are 15 each of them having an area between 60 and 70 sq m which includes one bedroom, living room with a dining area and kitchenette, bathroom with shower-cabin and hair-drier, and terrace. The hotel has also 25 two-bedroom apartments each of them having an area of 100 sq m and it includes two bedrooms, living room with a dining area and kitchenette, spacious luxury bathroom with shower-cabin and hair-drier, and terrace. They are fitted to accommodate up to 6 people. Hotel Services Internet, Room-service, Lobby-bar, Safe deposit boxes for valuables, Business-center with all necessary equipment, Guarded underground or ground parking area. Breakfast every morning from 8.00 to 10.00 am. The Restaurant: “CASA la ITALIA” offers a rich menu of the Italian cuisine.
